WordPress MU

unpacked it into mu-plugins but don't actually see the plugin directory. i appreciate any help.

Que? What directory are you looking for?

Forgive us noobs, but should this be unzipped into mu-plugins/Farms comment spam pack, or should the contents of Farms comment spam pack/ go straight into mu-plugins, ie mu-plugins/custom-anti-spam.php, mu-plugins/spam-filter.php, etc?

Directly into mu-plugins is the answer... i.e. mu-plugins/custom-anti-spam.php

This has to happen with all /mu-plugins/, but turn on-turn off /plugins/ can be placed in folders.

okay, thanks for the tip. Do these plugs modify anything in the admin UI, or do they just work silently?

I can't actually remember, I don't think so, try them and see.
