Most folks who have really nice sites, tend to want to keep their site special, instead of having 100 clones out there.
Rule 1) If you want it and it doesn't exist, code it.
Rule 2) See rule #1. -

Gotta admit that I coded this and kept getting empty blogs in there. I worked out this formula later on on how to pick one but it was a pain and I just ran it once an hour.
