OK, this might be lame explanation but here what happened.
Before I uploaded two themes everything was OK. After upload i visited Site Admin - Themes to add new themes, and list of themes didn't apear. Juest header of wp-admin.
I deleted two themes, but then when I open Site admin - Themes it shows blank page, and when I or user click on Presentation "The page cannot be displayed".
Error on IE says:
