WordPress MU

First and foremost, I hope this is in the correct area - apologies ahead if it isn't.

So, on with my query.

I'm using WP-MU so a few like-minded folk can have their own blogs, the script is fantastic - awesome in fact.

How do I get around adding to the automatically generated links? When a new blog is created, it creates two links to WP.com & wp.org... I'd like to add my home page to those.
