Installation email not received
Where can I find this info or have email resent?

Well the first thing I would try would be the email server's error logs. If that didn't help, I'd try searching the forums here to see any previous discussions on the topic.

That's is the main problem.
As I did not get the initial email I do not have a "UserName" or "Password"
