WordPress MU

I know a lot of people (including myself) have been asking for this so I thought I'd whip something up.

I need some people to test this as my local mail server seems to be on the fritz.

Drop the file into the /plugins folder, activate and then use the following to generate a link to the resend page:

<?php rae_create_link() ?>

If all is well, this should direct people to a page asking for their email. Once they enter this, they will be resent their original activation email again.

Thanks in advance for those who can help me test this. Once it's working okay, I'll put it up on my site with a full explanation.

Not personally - I probably missed the original post.

I tested this and it is not working. Is not sending the email, I'll have to look on a lower level and see where it's failing

I spotted a bug with the "send-to" email address variable that might be causing this. I've updated the plugin, try downloading again and re-trying.

Anybody have a working link for this plugin? Managing inactivated users in some way, or allowing them to resend their email would be a great benefit.

So it's already a year and there is still no official fix for resending activation emails? :/

Not in the core code, as sending mails is a server issue.

But there are plugins available now. The search just gives you old threads.

Maybe you could post a direct link to the plug in page? Because i can't find it.
