When I try to enable plugins for WP backend menus from the Site Admin page, I get a "The page cannot be displayed" error, and the Plugins option on the main (home) admin page won't show. Changed the option to "1" in the SQL meta table, but still can't get the tab to show. Help.

Do you have any plugins already installed in the plugins subdirectory?

yes, we have installed. but we have try with and without plugins....
we have search everywhere an dont find anything :(
without plugins is bad and our user want some plugins...
