WordPress MU

Hello wpmu folks :)

How come there isn't a chatroom plugin around ? Not even a single one for the normal wordpress :|
All there is are shoutboxes/tagboards, but no real chatbox.

I tried a lot though, and thought, maybe I can modify them to a real chatroom, but it all didn't work exactly like a real chatroom, the one I came closest with was the wordspew plugin.

I encounter too many problems which I cant resolve by myself. If you think you are a good coder and can actually use the wordspew as a base template for the chatplugin, I'm willing to pay you for it.
(Im a fan of opensource, so I think when the plugin is done, it should be available for free to everyone (which is the idea of WP(MU) imo))
