Some one register on my MU website, and then he create a new blog whose title is links to his website. I don't know how he do this. Is my website hacked?

This is not the first time he do this to my website. Last time I just deleted his blog and membership. But I am afraid he will do this again and again. How can I prevent this?

I haven't delete his blog this time, you can visit my website(http://iivee.com), you can see some of the titles in Updated Blogs turned to links to other websites.

i have had some problems with this aswell, havent really tried to stop it permanently since its only once a month or so, altough i guess it would be as easy as using striptags on the form?

Can you give an example of how to do this with striptags? Thank you.

This is a new Spam method. There is an open ticket for it at trac.

I think you should delete the blog. That is what I did.

Actually we had another thread on this a few days ago. Mu appears not to not strip html code out of the blog title.
