Well it *is* only about 40% complete, and not even in a release state yet.

Yeah... but I tried again, and I think that the trunk has less functionalities than the online demo... :-/

you could always build your own social networking platform and release it for free. :-/

I know... but "reinventing the wheel" it's not my speciality :-)

"I think that the trunk has less functionalities than the online demo"

Andy may have recently disabled a couple items. But otherwise the online demo is not that far back from trunk.

    (hold on, I'll go look)

Okay, grab the BP files from trac from Aug 13. Then you'll have exactly what's on testdrivewpmu.

testdrivewpmu.com is usually no more than a week behind.

Andy, kudos on the scope and ambition of BP. I'm actually more interested in using the functions selectively rather than as a full-fledged theme (my WPMU install @talkislam.info is running a heavily modified Prologue variant). Is there any documentation about the specific functions that we can call for each module? (rather than crawling through the code, I mean).

Pleas do comment on your thoughts about using BP as extensions to WPMU rather than a total front-end redesign. I dont want my wpmu to be a social site first - i want it to be a group blog platform first, with social networking abilities, rather than the other way around.
