This must have been asked before, but I would not know under what keyword since I am not finding it. I would like to feature on the first page a welcome not and several sections with the most recent post in the various categories or from the different blogs. Can this be done within WordPress?
I have a full MY installation at the root level, so the WordPress index.php page is the first page.
