WordPress MU

I was wondering if anybody has setup WPMU using SSL and mod_rewrite. I tried to set it up following this thread: http://mu.wordpress.org/forums/topic.php?id=5743&page&replies=13 but the admin login page wouldn't load behind SSL but the front page worked fine. Now I have WPMU running behind SSL however whenever I redirect an http request to https the theme is not loaded. I also get errors about some of the pages content are not encrypted. I have search these forums and google and I haven't found a working solution.

I too am having the same issue. If a response is given, the responder will be doubly thanked.
