Just upgraded and more privacy options does not work. Anyone else have this problem? Any ideas how to fix it?

I've already dumped my 1.2.5a sandbox install.

I have a 1.3rc2 install and the plugin works as expected, initially.

I seem to be getting redirect errors instead of the user profile page.

    I'll investigate.

I recall something in Trac about redirects to the profile page.

I get "Too many redirects occurred" when I do not use the plugin under the following conditions:

I login as frosty ( an admin of frosty's blog) at http://domain.org/frosty/
    All's well.

If I login at http://domain.org as frosty, page load gets stuck at http://domain.org/wp-admin/ and pukes out the too many redirects error.

    Sounds familiar . . .

Mat123, are you using a novhost install, by chance?

    dsader,

Thanks for the help! To be honest not really sure. How do I tell?

I'm using sub-domains so I think that means its a vhost?

Not having any login problems. Just read the trac and tested it with a non admin account without a hitch.

The problem I'm having is that when I set the privacy to options it does nothing. I am trying to set it to visible to only registered subscribers but anyone can access the page.

Any other solutions to restrict access to registered users of a particular blog?

I'm stuck. I use the plugin and the options seems to update, but my install redirects to error. I can set a privacy option, and when I return, it works, blogs are being protected. I can't generate an error specific to the plugin so I'll have to leave it till the redirect error is fixed in the core files. Sorry.

New users are fine, but old users need to have the primary_blog updated via phpMyadmin.

(Only affected users I've added manually under SiteAdmin)
