Hi,
I upgraded my site to 1.3, but I have many problems with encoding :S

the Arabic language is not working!!

Are these posts made after the updrage or from before hand?

What did you upgrade from?

I seem to have some encoding issues after upgrading from 1.2.5a to 1.3. Also, when I look in the database, I have some utf-8, some latin-1, and some latin-1swedish. Is it worthwhile to dump to sql, change all encoding lines to utf-8, and reimport?
