WordPress MU

Hi,

I have MU installed on a local XP computer, and using about 5-6 blogs.
Is it possible to force categories in one specific blog (the main blog) to be added to all other blogs, but still allow to all other blogs to add categories for themselfs?

As the administrator, I want to add the same categories for all blogs (about 30-40 categories), but I'm too lazy to add them one by one in all blogs :)

I just came up with an idea: is there a plugin that enables import & export of categories (only the names of the categories, not the posts related to them)?

You could edit the part where it creates a new blog to add all these categories at the beginning.

Can you guide me through this?

Oops, I forgot one important thing: I need one blog that holds all these shared categories from the other blogs. Is it possible?
