WordPress MU

I upgraded from 1.2.4 to 1.3 and all the blogs now show up using English as their language. I do have the language file in place, and I can select it and it will work.

The problem is that all the blogs went from spanish to english and I am not sure how to revert this problem. Is there any way to get rid of the english part? Or how can I make it so all blogs appear using spanish?

I do have es_ES defined in WPLANG so I dont know why this happened.

Under blog > options language is set to English, un admin > options I had it set to spanish. I will run the upgrade script to see if it fixes it.

Ok, ran the upgrade script and the blog I had changed to spanish is back to english. I dont know whats going on :-\

Anyway, just tested and new blogs are created fine in spanish but when you view the Options page it says Blog Language: English

Got the same problem in French :(
