hhuskiesOkay, so I have been getting 1000 character splogs from the cursed spam community.
So what I did was put the Maxlength="100" attribute command into wp-signup.php and the wp-admin/options-general.php page. I thought that this would keep the spammers from making huge titles, or editing them later, but it didn't. It worked when I tried and tested it, but they must have some type of code they put in to allow them to have a long title. Am I missing an area to fix for this?
I also added in lunabyte's hack to strip the URL's from the titles, and that worked like a charm. Thank you!
