hi,
i'ld like to modify my theme to give to people the possibility to modify header images.
the same theme on every blog but every blog with its own header image, how i can do that?

You could start with a theme that allows users to upload custom headers, like the Contempt theme, and set that one to the default theme.

anyway i can check out that theme and look how it works ;)

Google for "custom header api wordpress" and you'll find the instructions, or find a theme that has it already and modify it for your own.

Not hard once you've done it a few times.
