Hello all. I installed latest version wpmu. (1.3)
Nice.
But new blog users have administrative privileges.!

Displaying; plugin settings, all users list, Options > writing, reading, permalinks,...

How to make all new users : editor? or restricted general site options. ?

They have admin privileges for their blogs, not for the entire site ^^

Agreed. New end users who sign up have admin privileges only for the blogs that they have created or, later on, been added to.

please click to "options" all options displaying(permalinks, Discussion...), plugin list activate or deactive displaying and clickable...

How to make: in options area only change blog title from blog users and plugin manage not displaying)

and i added new user from site admin. aoutomatic added role to administrator.

i create a blog from ramis.
result: all admin pirivileges.
