Hi,

Is there any WPMU plugin that put CAPTCHA box on comment form to stop spam? Or maybe any other way to stop comment spam (except akistmet)

Many. You may want to search the forums (That's a hint by the way) for a number of previous discussions on the topic (try searching for captcha and spam as a start) but I don't recall any of the regular WordPress ones not working on mu. Check out the plugin list on the wp.org codex as well as http://wpmudevorg.wordpress.com for download links.

What is the best captcha for comments for WPMU?

I've tried reCAPTCHA but the problem is that if the user types it in wrong, his comment text disappears and he'd have to re-enter it or use the back-button on the browser.

Never mind, it was a bug in reCAPTCHA that was fixed and updated a few days ago.
