WordPress MU

SOme days I just scratch my head at having mu installed for a handful of blogs. Granted all of the current blogs are domain.com/blog, and I currently one have 5, and don't expect it to shoot up to more then 10 anytime soon.

Posts, comments, tags - things just work out great. But current activity is trying to get a sitemap generated, with no luck.

Has anyone with a small number of blogs move off of mu and into multiple stand alone installations?

Which sitemap plugin are you using? Do note that with the the 1.3 version of wpmu, you need to have a plugin that will work with wp 2.3. A lot fo them don't.

We use this one but do note that you have to use the version 3 of it as v2 doesn't support the newer version of categories. Some editing is required to get the file directories to work. I believe we've discussed it earlier.
