WordPress MU

I have port my WPMU install from Windows to Linux.
The port worked but I am seeing a strange problem.

I have 9 blogs out of 25 that do not display the blog content. The middle section of my page, where the blog content is displayed comes back blank. All other page elements are displayed.

I think that the problem is theme related but the problem is that several of the blogs use the same themes. For example I have four blogs that use the same themes. Three of these blogs display there content properly one of them returns a blank frame where the blog content is suppose to be. All four blogs work on the windows installation. I know it is not a database issue because the Linux Installation and the windows installation are pointed at the same database server.

I have tried "re-applying" the themes to the misbehaving blog but this doesn't correct the problem.

The Apache access and error logs are normal and don't contain any information related to the problem.

Any help or suggestions on how to troubleshoot would be greatly appreciated.

Try turning off the plugins on the troublesome blogs. All I can think of, unfortunately.

I am a bit new to WP so how would I turn off the plug-ins for the troublesome blogs?

OK I figured out how to turn off the plug-ins. Unfortunately this had no effect. I even tried switching themes and still had the same problem.
What else can I try?

Grabbing at straws.. but maybe check the file permissions on everything.

Did you make any cores changes when it was on the Windows box?
