hello

mu was working on php4 good

but after the server upgrade to php5 stopped

and now i want fresh install

but the page stop (install page )

and in error log i see that

[21-Dec-2007 21:26:26] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_die() in /home/qassma/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 475

what the problem please ?

I'm having the same issue...in both PHP 5 and 4, on a brand new install.

I've found that editing the file wp-includes/wp-db.php and turning wp_die, into die, seems to have solved the issue for me.

This and also giving it a mysql database it can talk to.
