I downloaded 1.4.1 of the MU Admin Bar but I noticed it covers up the top of the page, which for the main theme used is where all the tabs are, I could easily modify the theme to leave enough empty space there for the admin bar but instead of doing that for all themes, i'd rather see if it's possible to force the admin bar to go above the theme, not just cover it up.

Agreed, we've discussed it in the past as well.

Please stop abusing those who try to help out around here. We don't do handholding. Please review the readme file if you're unclear as to what experience you need to be running a wpmu install.

    yeah yeah i know,

If you're not comfortable editing PHP code, taking care of a complex webserver and database system and being pro-active about following developments of this project then run, don't walk, to http://wordpress.com/ and sign yourself and your friends up to free blogs. It's easier in the long run and you'll save yourself a lot of pain and angst.

But none of thats the proble, the problem is I need help figureing out WP sepcoific tasks. I have no problem working with a web server and database and I've doe that long enough, and I know enough PHP to where I think I can get by, and reguardless i'll never learn if I give and and just use wordpress.com
