I know when we launch our blog community anyone can come and create a blog - but I wonder is there a way to create a special area for a blogger club? Like a category in a discussion forum? I would like to offer a special blog and theme to these users and make it easy for them to find their specialized club blogs.

Can anyone help?

Nope, not built-in.

What you could do as an admin, is create the club blog yourself, so it exists, then members can be added to that blog as an author, contributor, whatever userlevel you like.
