i test speed my site
and i see mu Very very very heavy why ?
and i have captcha + signup-question but i see more spam blogs every day
any idea ?

Mu is resource intensive anyway, but plugins will certainly affect performance, so will the amount of things you might have in mu-plugins.
Check your users for spam users. if you've left a user able to create more blogs, and that user is a spammer, you can close off signups and STILL get splogs. So clean out some users.

Did you check and see if some of the splogs were owned by the same user? Check under Site Admin -> Users.
Captcha & signup questions are not 100% effective.
There's been tons of threads about this.
