when i check the registration time in site admin, under users, it doesn't show the server time. can it be adjusted to the proper time zone? the column header is "Registered"

still getting the same thing. looks like my linux time is correct, does mysql keep it's own time?
it is showing 5 hours ahead in wordpress.
