The title says it all. I want to remove the dashboard switcher from my 1.3.2 install (i.e. I believe in the core code, rather than /mu-plugins/). Is there a way to do this that will be upgrade friendly?

oops, in contrast, I wanna get my dashboard switcher back, it disappeared itselft some days ago and I swear I did not do any changes on the code, so strange.
