WordPress MU

Just updated a wpmu from 1.3 to 1.3.3 (running on an redhat/apache server).

Now, I can't add links through .../wp-admin/link-add.php. After adding the link, I'm taken to .../wp-admin/link-add.php?added=true, but the added link doesn't show in neither .../wp-admin/link-manager.php nor on public pages.

The link is added, though - looking in the db, it's there (several times, by now ;) ).

...after deleting duplicates in the db, the link showed up (in back- and frontend).

Links added on other blogs still don't show... Could it be some kind of caching conflict?
