You might need to provide a little more information for people to help you.
The basic steps will be:
1) Set up your readhat box to run WPMU
2) Back up your DB on windows
3) move your DB back up over to the Redhat box
4) Restore your DB
5) Have a beer!But of course... there are a lot of pretty important details you'll need to do... that as a sysadmin running WPMU you should have no problem figuring out.
