WordPress MU

i have a mu site http://mynation.net hosted with Mu version 1.3.1 wp wrap 2.3.1
older version of php was 4.3 and it was working fine;
few days back, my site provider upgraded php and mysql to
PHP version 5.2.5
MySQL version 4.1.22-standard
and it stopped working; on main site http://mynation.net
but it shows up partialy on
http://mynation.net/abio/
http://mynation.net/voice/
http://mynation.net/view/

there is no change in any of site files all text based and Mysql supported other sections are working fine
eg:
http://mynation.net/faq/
http://mynation.net/tips/
http://mynation.net/cook/

problem with mu on. even i can login to admin
http://mynation.net/wp-login.php but it will not allow me to go to Blogroll /Presentation/ Plugins; these 3 sections.

anyone know this bug / problem
please let me know

can you see its up ?

i downloaded 1.3.3 mu and just uploaded wp-admin and wp-includes directory and its strated to work normally (so far)
without being upgrade or wp-upgrade.php script run as said by redwolf
