I think maybe some people wanna a buddypress version which intends to integrate with bbpress, not wordpress, for some kind of social networking, maybe the users do not wanna blog, just wanna discuss and make friends, how do you think?

It's a plugin specifically FOR WordpressMU, so I'm not sure how that's possible.
