Pers, in an effort to speed up the backend for my users I have unfortunately needed to drop this wonderful plugin. Any chance you will be switching to one of the lighter js libraries out there anytime soon?

suleiman, I've done a cleanup. This release doesn't include Prototype-lite.js nor Moo.fx.js. The javascript for image editing is still the same though. I'd like to rewrite everything, but it's hard to find time for it.
According to YSlow, the uncached image editor weights 32.2k, cached it is 17.6k. It has 13 HTTP requests
