WordPress MU

Forgive me if this has been covered somewhere, I looked around a while and couldn't find something that was close enough to my situation that I felt comfortable trying it.

I have a CSV file with about 4000+ rows in it; I want to import that file as new users in WPMU - each with its own blog. I have name and state fields available, and probably some others if I need 'em.

But wait, there's more.

I want to name the blogs after the user, and separate them into subdomains by State...so a blog could exist, for example, at

ny.myblogurl.com/johnsmith

Anyone care to take a shot at giving me a hand with this?
