how to change language in zh_CN « WordPress MU Forums

The MU forums have moved to WordPress.org

I'm having problems doing this WPMU Night 31-03-06 File is correctly named (zh_CN.mo), in correct location (wp-includes/languages/), directory is 755ed, wp-config.php edited correctly ('WPLANG', 'zh_CN'), but it stays in English.

but in the other mechine , the same os(freebsd 6) same php(4.4.2) same apache2.0.55 this mechine can change language to chinese.

someone help me to do resolve this problum.

the japanese's same reason

the japanese's mechine must be amd64 mabye .
