can domain mapping work if vhost suspended?

how i can extract some bloges form wpmu when vhost out of work?

If your site got suspended by your host, you'll have to ask them for a backup. They may or may not give it to you.

I believe it would probably be important to find out why your site was suspended as well.

you really need to find a new host. vhosts *are* compliant & working with the new apache, as many people here can attest.

If your host can't read the https.conf file and read the instructions within it to realize they now use includes, well.. you're better off without them.

Demand backups & move.

Sounds to me like they have cPanel, and finally upgraded to Apache2.

Dump that host like a bad habit. They have no idea what they are doing, or are too lazy to care.

As a note, this may be a way to kick you off without actually kicking you off. Make it look like "the system" doesn't like MU, and place the blame there instead of being jerks and saying we don't want you running MU.

Depends on your budget.

Typically, MU should be run on no less than a VPS, and preferably a dedicated server.

Several factors come into play. Typically, not only the number of blogs you have, but the amount of traffic your overall install receives. All of which lead to resource use.

At a minimum, with less than 100 blogs and not a ton of traffic, you could look at Media Temple and their grid server.

Other than that, I can't recommend a VPS. For dedicated, look to Server Beach.
