I want to add a Contact Form in the mu-plugins directory and I have been using the Secure and Accessible PHP Contact Form v.2.0WP for my own sites. http://green-beast.com/blog/?page_id=136

I'd like to use the same one, but I'm wondering if anyone else can recommend a favorite?

I also saw references to this one, http://www.dagondesign.com/articles/secure-form-mailer-plugin-for-wordpress/

I'm looking for one that I can simply plop into mu-plugins without doing any plugin hacks. Or if I need to hack either of these, could anyone point out any inherent security issues I need to be aware of, and advice on what needs to be done?

    Thanks for your time.

Try search for 'Secure and Accessible PHP Contact Form'

Amzing plugin but I think you'll have to modify it.

Thanks boonika, but that's the one I am using on my main site. If you mean searching the forums and google for how to modify this for MU blogs, I have already done that without and didn't come across anything...yet.

    Hi awarner20,

I'm looking for the same thing.

Did you have the chance to find a good plugin ?

I've been using this on in the regular plugins folder:

    Simple, fast, easy. Works.

Allow me to cast a vote for 'Secure and Accessible PHP Contact Form'.

    Good stuff.

Doesn't contact-form-7 throw an error of some kind (trapped by firebug)? I remember this from earlier. I didn't find the fix so I deactivated it. I'll look around again...

Anyone knows a contact from plugin that adds a button to visual editor?

Or a way to add a custom button to visual editor? :)

    Cforms2 does. A big CFII button. :)

But it's also really complicated for many users.

I'll try to edit Grunion to add a button. Shouldn't be too hard. It's the best and easiest cf plugin..imo.

anyone successfully using contact form 7?
I got a weird problem, basically its working but instead of the sender I see the general wordpress email address not the one I set up the contact form with.
in case anyone had succes with this could you please email me the template you are using to ovizii at zice.ro please?

    ###edit###
    I am using this:

    <p>Numele tau (obligatoriu)
    [text* your-name] </p>

    <p>Adresa ta de email (obligatoriu)
    [email* your-email] </p>

    <p>Despre ce este vorba?
    [select* ce-vrei include_blank "Pluginuri" "Design" "Altele"] </p>

    <p>Mesajul tau
    [textarea your-message] </p>
<p>[acceptance acceptance-448 default:on invert] Debifeaza casuta aceasta daca NU TRIMITI SPAM</p>
    <p>[submit "Send"]</p>

and I put [your-name] <[your-email]> into the FROM field, but the sender remains the general email address wordpress is sending from, so basically I have no chance to get back to the sender...

With WPMU. Same as Ovidiu "the sender remains the general email address wordpress is sending from, so basically I have no chance to get back to the sender... "

    Any fixes?

Also, in which panel does one add fixed text? Form? Mail? Message body?

    Thank you.
