As an aside...a friend sent me a picture that his boss took of the GPS system screen in his most recent rental car. Apparently he likes to hit the "previous destination" to see where the rental car has been...

I too can think of quite a few reasons, but I don't think they will have much sway on the "holder of the funds", also known as "er indoors"....

re: GPS photo, well at least it wasn't a point somewhere in the middle of the desert :)
