I mean no disrespect but what should we be doing when folks come by here asking questions and reporting errors with your plugin?

I have recently setup a mailing list for wpmu ldap users hosted on sourceforge. Hopefully we can get a good group of people on there to offer help and assistance. I only have so much time, and unfortunately I don't have time to always monitor the forms here.

I will do the best I can to help others out!

That's kind of what I assumed. I know I don't use your plugin and I don't think many of teh regulars do either. Just would like somewhere to point folks and the sourceforge should work fine.

    thanks

Is there anyway to make it check for local users, then if they are not found, search the ldap? I really want to implement this but we already have many people with local accounts, and can't afford to have them be recreated. Thanks in advance.

By default it checks for the existence of a user. If the user exists, it checks to see if that user has a meta field set on it to use ldap. You SHOULD be fine. I would test it first.

I wish they had more information over at SF. The mailing list has no activity for months.

Is there a better LDAP module anyone recommends?
