These are the letters I am getting from readers. I am experiencing the same issues when I try to read my site from other locations:

    1. Billy, I think there's a problem with your web site.

Your new entries are showing up in my reader (Google Reader), and I can click on them and read them on your blog. But, when I click on the main page:

    http://pundit.blogpeoria.com/

The most recent entry is the Callahan entry from the 26th.

    2. I'm having the same problem as Marie.

    3. I am having the same problem with this website. On the main page, the most recent entry that is showing is the Colleen Callahan entry from July 26. The only way I could get to this page with the more recent post was via a google search. The only way I am able to view the posts past July 26 are through the two "arrow" links at the top of the page that scroll to the previous/next entry. Help! How can I view this site normally?

I had been using WP-Super Cache but deleted it because it was rendering white pages. I a, running WPMu 1.5.2

Did you manually clear your /wp-content/cache/ directory of all things that were cached previously?

    Ummmm .... no.

Do I do that via file manager or via FTP, 'cause I've uninstalled the plugin.

either way is fine, just delete all the files in wp-cache. Make sure you've followed the uninstall instructions for super cache to the letter. caching is not to be used lightly.

Lovely. When I try to delete any htlm file in the cache directory, FileZilla times out.

I will try using file manager ...

File manager didn't let me change permissions. Mediatemple never replied to a trouble ticket, so I called them and I was finally able to convince a tech guy there to delete the files and directories in question.

We'll see if the site starts working again.

Thank you are for the assistance and advice, which was more prompt than the service that I've been paying for.

I mean it, the WPMu community kicks serious butt. Unpaid help here is often vastly superior to the assistance I pay for.

Glad you got it sorted out. One thing you can do is login to your account using SSH and delete the files that way. That is the fastest way to delete them for sure :)
