Here's a really easy question to answer!

I've got an installation of mu.wordpress and I'm curious if there's a "Master Admin" login. Somewhere I can see all of the created blogs and delete/suspend/moderate each?

yes.
You create a SiteAdmin account that does what you mentione.
Also, you can assign users with SiteAdmin capabilities.

The account that was created on install (the admin for the "main" blog) is the one that gets behind the scenes of everything.

yourdomain.com/wp-admin/wpmu-admin.php should do it.
