upgrade errror --column 'post_type'

hi ..i'm upgrade from a rather old version of wpmu (2005-09-17
) to a new one (-2006-03-23) ...

everything's fine ..but one theme uses the get_blog_list command ...
and the resualt is somethink like
[Unknown column 'post_type' in 'where clause'] SELECT count(*) FROM wp_445_posts WHERE post_status='publish' AND post_type='post'

i did upgrade.php ! but the dadabase still doesn't have a column named "post_type" ...
