What means this¿

Make sure that the directory hsphere/local/home/energies/energyenhancement.org/Spiritual-Blogs/ has the correct settings to allow the web server to create and write to files in it.
If you can upload images in the WPMU admin pages, then have a look at the rights for the blogs.dir directory and mirror them in the directories it is complaining about.
Ok, I fixed that.
i have another question:
Can I do the sitemap of my complete site whit this program?
an old trick is to create an empty file sitemap.xml and sitemap.xml.gz and upload it...and then it will override with the new settings.
