when i delete my test user .. i can't register by the same email again .. how to enable it again

and i wanna admin backend user control to contain also users register but not confirm registeration and a list of all deleted users

May be related, I had to update my WPMU2.6 install from trunk today to re-enable delete users functions.

i think user control .. must allow admin to control delete ,spam and edit each blog .. link - username - password - email

and if admin delete the blog .. all info deleted from database to make all this info allowed to be registered again

status now : when i delete a user .. it's name and email still in database and member can't register again ..

Their info is still in the registration table.

it was still in registeration log & wp_signups i delete it manually but it must be an option in admin cp to allow delete users/blogs emails/blogname to be avaliable if the admin not choose to block them
