Walk us specifically through what you've done. You'll note that's one of the instructions in the debugging script. Make want to take a few moments and review that page since you may have missed it.

Sounds like you;re missing one or more of the steps from the readme file.

My host is using Apache and cPanel they are up to date. I requested the apache changes and they indicated they made them. I will double check the Apache-3. - "ServerAlias *.domain.tld" part.

I then uploaded to the folder and attempted browsed to the domain and you are seeing what I get by following the link http://www.dakmaxwell.com

It looks like something with the subdomain setup. I uploaded normal wordpress to one of my other subdomains and it is re-directing that URL to my root domain. I am not sure why its doing that as my other subdomains are working fine. Its looking like a wordpress thing.

I am thinking that the reason I am getting the error is that the web link above is looking in the / folder rather then the /dakmaxwell folder like it should be.

What would need to be done to fix that?

HybridMD, I did not mean to jack your thread but I figured our problem was the same lets team up on it. I will do what I can to help with your issue also.

When I go to: http://testily.dakmaxwell.com/ (picked because I wanted a subdomain that didn't exist) I get a firefox error that the address couldn't be found.

So I don't think your wildcard DNS is setup correctly.

I have a ticket in with my host. It looks like something got hozed up. It is not giving a 404 error... I will give an update when I have one...

After futzing with what I can you are right its something with the DNS. The same issue is probably happening with the Go Daddy site as well. When I get it worked out with my host I will post it here. The site in the Readme.txt file under DNS looks like it has the information that is needed to make it work right...

Yes, this entire deal was because of the DNS, sub domain, wildcard thing. You will have to get with Go Daddy and have them setup the wild cards using the following URL as help.

    http://ma.tt/2003/10/10/wildcard-dns-and-sub-domains/

What a pain but at least there is a fix.
