WordPress MU

I have a mu installation set up for subdomains, wildcard are working, I have several blogs that where created by 'create blog' and they work. I added a new blog a week ago and got the not found error, deleted it, tried again several times and finally one of the efforts did work. Tried to add another one today and am getting the not found error.

here is the url and the AREM listings tab is the new one that doesn't work. Suggestions on troubleshooting this would be appreciated.

I'm really in a pickle over this, why would some work and others not. they aren't listed in any blacklist.

What's it say in your error logs?

Okay.. which error logs should I try to look at. And the host interface I have available is cpanel.

All of 'em. Cpanel has an Error logs area, start there.

all those logs and the error one are empty :-( I couldn't find anything that made any sense to me. Any other suggestions?
