On http://boonika.org/wp-signup.php it says "Registration disabled", however on http://boonika.org/apply/ you have custom signup form.

Well, I don't allow usual signups. If they want to, people have to fill out the contact form and say something about themselves. Then I create a blog for them.

oooh that hurts my eyes :) Nice site, but I don't think I could look at the logo for more than a few seconds at a time.... Now where did I put my 3D glasses

Thank you for the plugin link. Did it work out of the box or did it require fixes?

It required me to torture it's author (poor guy) until it started working out of the box for MU and now it does:)
